Return Requests

Customers can request a return from their account dashboard. Include the order number, product, reason, and optional photos.

Approval

Return requests must be approved by our admin team. You will receive a notification when your request is reviewed.

Conditions

• Items must be in original condition
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Some items may not be eligible for return
